Whenever I think to the Plaza my mind gets immediately clear on what literally "Grand"Hotel means.The immortal appeal of this historical landmark of Rome will never decline; beautifully set in the centre of Rome the Plaza has a such strong legacy with the Eternal City which is hard to find on other hotels.

What a beautiful hotel! It’s decor is like times of old- stately and gorgeous. But most importantly, the staff is friendly and helpful. They found us good local restaurants and were so cheery about each request. The location is excellent- close to many historical sites. We will definitely stay there again. Charming!

Staff really went out of their way to be helpful and wanted to make our experience top notch.

Staff was accommodating and kind. They changed rooms for my husband and I because he needed a shower that was more accessible. Breakfast was wonderful with healthy choices and beautiful pastries and cakes as well. I would have enjoyed the bar and lounges much more if the drinks and sodas were not so expensive.

We have now stayed twice at this hotel and have nothing but good things to say - we look forward to staying here again next year.....

The Staff were warm and helpful. the rooms were good size, but it could be better if the Coach wouldn't be there. overall we had a wonderful experience and we strongly recommend this historical hotel in the best location in Rome.

Lovely place to stay, great food, ideal location, lovely rooms, great facilities and service.

we were very happy to receive the upgrade of our room. the veranda and living room area were outstanding. the bed was very comfortable and the pillows were perfect. the only thing I would change is to upgrade the bathroom to include a stand up shower. It was a bit difficult to shower in the tub. However, that slight inconvenience was small in comparison to the beautiful room and terrace. thank you for the upgrade, we are most appreciative.

I absolutely loved this hotel and every aspect of my stay was perfect. I was made to feel very welcome and nothing was a trouble for any of the staff. I hope to stay there again on my next visit to Rome.

Really enjoyed my stay at the glorious Grand Plaza, Rome. Extremely high standards throughout, with welcoming and helpful staff who are focussed on making our stay extra special. Wonderful ambience in this classic old world hotel which has preserved the wonderful artistry of Rome from many years ago. One could spend hours admiring the ceiling art in both the dining room and the ballroom - classical work, beautifully preserved. All in all, a wonderful experience that presented us with great memories of Rome.

Described on the web page in the same way we saw it...no lies, no tricky pictures. Big wide room , high ceilings, big and space bathroom. Quiet, very quiet . Helpful people at front desk. And Location, Location, Location....do not look around for Hotels...this is The Place.
